Sharon Chapman

Ms. Chapman has over 27 years of experience in residential, small office and commercial property management. Currently, Ms. Chapman maintains (6) properties in GA, SC & TN with over 975,000 SF of retail space with approximately 150 tenants. She is also charged with the oversight of the entire portfolio covering a total of (21) properties, 3.2 million SF covering and more than 375 tenant spaces. She holds her SC Real Estate License, CPM (Certified Property Manager) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Chapman is a board member for Carolina Sunshine for Children and resides with her husband on Lake Murray in Chapin, SC where they are avid boaters and real estate investors.
