Shannon Tyndall, a retail industry expert with 18 years' experience, joined CBRE in August 2017 to serve as a Vice President in our Retail Services practice in Birmingham, expanding CBRE's presence in the state among retail tenants and landlords. As a native of Birmingham, she has intimate knowledge of the area, culture, needs and opportunities that will enhance CBRE's retail services in the local market.

Shannon brings a unique perspective and understanding of real estate needs to her clients having served as the Vice President of Real Estate for Books-A-Million. Drawing on in-depth industry experience in both owner and occupier representation, her extensive relationships and experience as a retailer brings trust and commitment to each client and the success of their business.

Currently overseeing a retail portfolio in excess of 5.2 million square feet for institutional and private landlords in the Southeast, she boasts an impressive list of accomplishments and key accounts.
