Shannon Hersker

Based out of Phoenix, Arizona, Shannon Hersker is a Director in the company’s Capital Markets group. She is responsible for nationwide loan origination for multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Shannon was most recently an assistant vice president with Fidelity National Title where she was responsible for over $4 billion in transaction volume from 2014 to 2017. In her role, Ms. Hersker both developed new relationships and maintained current partnerships while focusing on homebuilding and commercial asset classes across the country. Ms. Hersker also has several years of sales and marketing experience in the medical equipment and hospitality industries. Ms. Hersker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Minor in Communications. Beyond the company, Ms. Hersker is actively involved in several industry associations including ULI, NAIOP, ICSC and Valley Partnership. Outside of work Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and family.
