Shanna Markwell

​Shanna Markwell is a Vice President at JLL in Nashville, TN. She is a member of the JLL Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team and the Industrial Services Division for Middle and East Tennessee. Shanna represents owners and occupiers of commercial properties in both lease and sale transactions. Shanna's specialties include site selection, tenant and agency representation, acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Markwell has 8+ years' experience in commercial real estate with multiple product types. Prior to joining JLL in 2017, she spent 3+ years with Avison Young in Nashville representing landlords and tenants within industrial, office and retail markets. Before moving to Nashville in 2014, she worked at Colliers International in Atlanta, GA for 2+ years, specializing in investment sales of industrial and government leased assets, servicing some of the nation's top institutional clients.

Ms. Markwell is currently pursuing an MBA at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. Additionally, Ms. Markwell graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kentucky Wesleyan College with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing.

In 2019, Ms. Markwell served as the Vice President of Memberships and Young Professionals Chairman of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Nashville Roundtable Board of Directors. Shanna is a current member of CSCMP, which is a Developing Leader of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and she volunteers with the Nashville Humane Society.
