Shana Patrick is a Brokerage Associate at CBRE| Des Moines, teaming up with the industry leaders from the Iowa Investment Properties Brokerage Group, Capital Markets; Tim Sharpe, Linda Gibbs, and Max Colby. Mrs. Patrick’s focus at CBRE is the acquisition and disposition of all types of investment properties including retail, office, industrial, with a heavy emphasis on multi-family.

Shana delivers high quality service, creative solutions, and strategic thinking to her clients and their individual & unique needs. Along with her team, their experienced ability to negotiate complicated transactions, manage a high-volume of projects, provide financial analysis solutions and their capacity to build successful relationships, makes her a key member of the Iowa Investment Properties team.

Before transitioning to her current role, Shana was in a leader in Multi-Family Property Management for over 12 years, widely recognized as a dynamic multi-family expert, winning a National Paragon Award from the National Apartment Association, in 2012.
