Shah Alam

Shah Alam is Managing Partner, Property Management where he leads the company’s national property management team and provides strategic leadership for the firm. Previously, Shah served as Senior Vice President of Related Management Company where he supervised the operations of approximately 18,000+ units in the company’s national affordable housing portfolio. Prior to joining Related, Shah was the Executive Vice President at Edgewood Management, Inc. where he oversaw all aspects of a 32,000-unit portfolio, of which 27,000 were affordable housing. In addition, he was also responsible for executing the company’s overall strategy, budget, finance, training, and compliance departments. Prior to Edgewood, Shah served in various roles with AIMCO overseeing over 60,000 units across the United States.
