Bio
Seth Tuscher is a Vice President in CBRE Chicago's Leasing and Asset Services group. He rejoined CBRE following the 2014 acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. Seth has a long history of representing some of Chicago's most sought after office properties and has completed over 400 lease transactions.
Seth's expertise is in developing tailored marketing strategies for a full lease-up of available space, while maintaining strong relationships with ownership, management, tenants and the brokerage community. Over the past two years, he has successfully negotiated over 500,000 square feet of transactions, making him a recent recipient of CoStar's Power Broker of the Year Award. His experience spans from repositioning vacant loft office buildings to restacking 95% leased assets in the Loop and Near North submarkets.
Prior to joining CBRE|U.S. Equities, Seth served as Managing Director at Ameritus Corporate Real Estate. He directed the management, underwriting and sourcing for all of the firm's investments and third party brokerage assignments in Chicago. During his tenure at Ameritus, he led and negotiated over $130 million of sales, lease and consulting transactions. He was twice part of a team winning BOMA's coveted Office Building of the Year ("TOBY") Award.
Previously, Seth worked with CBRE as part of their corporate services tenant representation team, where he completed over $75 million in lease transactions.
