Seth Koschak serves as a Managing Director & Partner and leads Stream Realty Partners' Fort Worth office and oversees all operations and the overall growth of the city.  Seth's main responsibilities include project leasing, tenant representation, building sales, development, acquisitions and dispositions, business development, and expanding Stream's platform across all sectors.

Seth has been an integral part to the success and expansion of Stream's Dallas/Fort Worth service business and has proven to be a key leader to his team members. During his tenure at Stream, Seth has completed in excess of 17,000,000 square feet of transactions totaling more than $700,000,000 in value.
