Seth Jernigan has a life-long affiliation with REA. As the second generation of leadership, Seth’s exposure to the real estate industry started at a young age. His professional career began at Accenture, a global management consulting firm in Charlotte, NC, where he learned to apply a disciplined project management approach to complex business environments. Seth brought his consulting skills to REA in the early 2000s, focusing on the commercial brokerage division and business development. He now oversees the company's various operations and leads the commercial division, including a team of experienced brokers, closing nearly 200 transactions annually. In 2008, Seth was presented the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This is only conferred upon commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success and have demonstrated a mastery of financial, market and investment analysis. It is only held by six percent of the 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, camping and hiking. He resides in Durham with his wife and two children.
