Seth Heikkila

Seth Heikkila joined the Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in April 2019. As a Vice President with MMCC, Mr. Heikkila is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders. Mr. Heikkila has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has closed more than $2 Billion in transactions. He specializes in the debt and equity financing of multifamily and mixed-use properties. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Heikkila served as a Seinior Vice President with Jll. He was also a Vice Predisent and founding member of a boutique brokerage in Seattle and worked in Corporate Finance for Amazon.com. Mr. Heikkila is a graduate of Princeton University, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in Economics. He holds a real estate license in the State of Washington.
