An Associate based in Transwestern’s Austin office, Seth serves on the Healthcare Advisory Services group specializing in investment sales. Seth’s ability to anticipate his client’s needs, coupled with his comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of healthcare real estate, make him an ideal advisor with a depth of knowledge.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Seth served as a Vice President of Capital Markets for Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. There, he collaborated closely with developers, funds, and family offices, advising on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant Healthcare assets across the country.
