Seth Black

Seth leads strategy and execution of asset management activities for Asana Partners. He joined the firm in 2016 and serves on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Seth has 17 years of commercial real estate and private equity experience covering asset management, portfolio management, leasing, property operations, capital markets, accounting, and tax. Seth joined Asana Partners from Adamant Energy, a real estate focused sustainability solutions provider, where he was Chief Financial Officer. His previous experience includes Vice President of Portfolio Management with EDENS, a privately held REIT, and consulting services with Grant Thornton. A Certified Public Accountant in the state of South Carolina, Seth earned a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science degree from Presbyterian College. He is a member of the Hammond School Board of Trustees and serves on its Finance Committee.
