Serge Nalbantian

Serge brings decades of construction and de­velopment experience having previously worked on award-winning multi-billion dol­lar commercial & mixed-use/multi-family developments in Philadelphia and the Middle East. In prior experience, Serge played a significant role in the development of the Comcast Technology Center and Four Seasons Hotel and the Comcast Center. Both towers are two of the tallest buildings in North America and received awards from the Urban Land Institute and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In his role Serge performs duties on behalf of the Ensem­ble/Mosaic joint venture. He is focused on the joint venture’s mixed-use development projects in Phil­adelphia Navy Yard including multi-family with retail, life science, office, and hotel projects as well as involvement in the team’s master planning effort. He also oversees project conceptualization, design, entitlement, and construction management efforts.
