Bio
Seppi joined Cabot in 2020 to source and close industrial property investments in the Northeastern US. He had been a Managing Director at Hines Interests, LP in New York City and a lead asset manager for a large Manhattan office portfolio, as well as the development officer for a 250,000 square foot ground-up office development in lower Manhattan. Seppi holds a BA in History from Yale University.
