Sean T Nolan

Responsible for managing all aspects of due diligence design and construction of new speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects. Sean Nolan was most recently responsible for the day-to-day performance of the development management team working on the FMC Technologies Campus at Generation Park, a multi-phase corporate campus project. Sean, along with five other direct reports, managed all aspects of safety, quality, delivery and cost associated with planning, design and construction of the campus on behalf of FMC Technologies.
