Sean
Moran joined Cushman & Wakefield's Retail Services Group in February of
2017. He is focusing his efforts on both tenant and landlord representation
throughout the Tri-State Region. He started his career in real estate in 2008
as a Research Analyst in the Retail Group at CBRE, where he then transitioned
into brokerage, eventually becoming a Vice President before departing for
Cushman & Wakefield.
Since his start in brokerage in 2010, Mr. Moran has been involved in
over 125 transactions with an aggregate lease value of over $2.4 billion.
Mr. Moran has a Bachelor of Science degree from the
Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he studied Finance and Real Estate. During his time at Indiana
University, Mr. Moran received several honors including the Joseph Fisher
Endowed Scholarship for academic performance and a future commitment to the
real estate industry and the Carl D. Scering Memorial Scholarship for achieving
excellence in scholarship and leadership at Indiana University.
He currently resides in
Stamford, CT with his wife and two children.

Sean is an esteemed member of the Real Estate Board of New York, The International Council
of Shopping Centers, and The Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
In 2015, Mr. Moran was selected by The Commercial
Observer as one of New York's "30 Under 30" in recognition of his position as a
rising star in commercial real estate.
Mr. Moran also received CBRE's top associate honor as the 2010 Tri-State
Region 'Rookie of the Year'.
