Sean R. Kelly is a Financial Analyst and licensed salesperson on CBRE’s Private Capital Group in Miami. In this role, he partners with David J. Wigoda and specializes in the sale of high-quality office and industrial investment assets throughout South Florida. Since joining the team in 2017, Mr. Kelly has been involved in the valuation, marketing and execution of more than $175 million in real estate sale and finance transactions, ranging from one-off dispositions to multi-market portfolios.

Mr. Kelly’s focus covers every aspect of the deal cycle, from up-front underwriting, financial analysis, and marketing preparation, to negotiating contracts and overseeing back-end due diligence. Additionally, Mr. Kelly focuses on expanding the team’s business by forging relationships with the market’s most prominent investors, owners and operators.

Mr. Kelly first joined CBRE in 2016 as an intern for the South Florida Institutional Group, one of the leading Capital Markets teams in the country. He graduated from the University of Miami in 2017 with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
