Sean Fay

Sean Fay previously worked at Shorenstein in 2015 and rejoined in 2020. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and closing capital transactions in the Eastern United States. Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. Fay was a vice president at TA Realty, a Boston based investment management firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and closing new acquisition opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets. Previously, he was a vice president at JPMorgan in the real estate banking group. Mr. Fay graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A.
