Sean joined Champion in 2022 as the Director of Asset Management. In this role, Sean is responsible for creating value and optimizing results for the multifamily and student housing real estate portfolio. Sean brings significant experience in all facets of asset management, including an extensive originations background. Sean received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University.

Los Angeles-based Champion Real Estate Company (“Champion”) was founded in 1987 and has consistently achieved annual above-market returns by identifying and maximizing niche opportunities before its competitors. Because Champion is private, non-institutional and not a fund, we are more nimble and well-positioned to quickly react to changing market conditions to maximize profits. The company specializes in value-add investment and development in urban infill areas. Champion has expertise in multifamily, retail, office, mixed-use, adaptive re-use of industrial buildings and historic renovations.

To date, Champion has completed projects valued in excess of $2 billion. Since 1995, Champion has achieved an average annual yield on investor equity of 20% on its projects. Champion invests on its own account and in partnership with select high net worth individuals, family offices and institutions.

Champion has been lauded for its commitment to quality, award-winning design and community outreach. Its projects have received national recognition and awards including multiple ICSC Maxi Awards for its shopping centers, multiple Builder Magazine Gold Nugget awards for its multifamily, mixed- use and transit-oriented projects, a NAHRO award for one of its public-private partnerships and an award from the California Historic Preservation Society for one of its historic renovations.
