Sean Coghlan

Sean Coghlan is Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Research at JLL with overall responsibility for leading the U.S. investor research team.

In this role, Sean's research lies at the intersection of macro and micro market analytics, asset pricing, and investment strategies for the firm's professionals and clients. Sean focuses on all aspects of the capital markets nationally, including recent investment, financing and asset management dynamics across all asset sectors. He works across all of JLL's capital markets business lines. He is based in the firm's Chicago office. During his time at JLL, Sean has had experience at the local market and national levels, as well as across the leasing and capital markets platforms.

Prior to his current role, Sean was a member of JLL's U.S. office research team, for which he led office capital markets research. Sean previously led JLL's Center City Philadelphia research program, for which he provided new and existing clients with market information, industry trends and market strategy.

Sean received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Real Estate and Management.

He additionally completed Masters-level coursework at the Rotterdam School of Management in the fields of International and Strategic Management.
