Joining the Nations #1 Commercial Brokerage, Marcus Millichap, I specialize in Multi-Family investment sales in Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Mateo Counties with my partner Marshall Ward. Together we have successfully sold over $100M in commercial real estate, guiding local, national and multi- national clients with their acquisitions, asset repositions and dispositions. After graduating from the University of Utah with a BA in History where I was a member of the varsity Swim and Dive team, I moved back to my hometown of Walnut Creek, California. I now utilize my attention to detail, ability to conduct in depth analysis, and competitive mindset to give clients my unflattering commitment.
