Bio
Sean Bleiler is Senior Vice President and a member of the Lehigh Valley industrial team which serves the Lehigh Valley, Central, and Northeast Pennsylvania markets. Sean specializes in advising and representing local and national industrial landlords and tenants throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania region. Outside of PA, Sean represents corporate clients nationally in their strategic real estate decisions. As an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Sean works closely with many clients to help manage their logistical and supply chain challenges. Over the past 5 years, Sean and his team have averaged over 75 transactions per year totaling over $5 billion.
Sean has a strong understanding of the Eastern PA market dynamics and the changing patterns of growth which have brought this region of the country into the spotlight for national distributors and suppliers. Additionally, Sean graduated from the University of Delaware with a MBA and a BS degree in Finance. Sean was also a four-year letterman and Senior Co-Captain of the varsity football team.
