Jonathan Seabolt

Jonathan Seabolt is the Founder and Managing Partner of Clearwater. Before launching Clearwater, Mr. Seabolt served as the Director of Originations at a New York-based investment bank, where he focused on originating, underwriting, and executing large loan transactions on behalf of real estate developers and owners. Mr. Seabolt has executed $1B+ of real estate debt and equity investments across all asset types and geographies throughout the U.S.

Mr. Seabolt’s real estate career began in 2006 after successfully raising capital and launching a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, repositioning, and disposing of distressed single-family rental assets. As an Adjunct Professor in the graduate school at NYU,  Mr. Seabolt teaches a course centered on Real Estate Capital Markets and Distressed Investing. In addition to earning an MBA in Finance, his credentials include a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investments from NYU, where he graduated as a Hirsh Fellow.
