Scott Young focuses on both retail brokerage in Southeast Michigan as well as transaction management of retail and automotive dealership properties throughout North America. For over 20 years, Mr. Young has been a leading Michigan Retail Broker for CBRE (formerly Trammell Crow Company).
His role includes new business development as well as transaction management and account management of retail properties for the Southfield Office. Specific services offered include brokerage (acquisition and disposition) and consulting services, strategic market planning, shopping center leasing and site selection services.
Utilizing CBRE's vast brokerage resources and incorporating unique marketing methods, Mr. Young is a major contributor to the success of CBRE's auto dealership disposition efforts. In 2008 CBRE was the largest broker of auto dealerships in the country. Scott's team alone executed in excess of 40 transactions valued at $158 million
