Scott Wearren

As our Vice President of Development and Construction, Scott is responsible for leading and managing our development teams, providing construction management and driving design and entitlement efforts. Additionally, he assists in identifying acquisition and investment opportunities for Daniel and leads all development concepting and pricing for potential acquisitions, due diligence, feasibility analysis and project management on current and future development deals. Prior to joining Daniel, he provided preconstruction and project management services on more than $600 million in construction projects as well as provided stakeholder representation for over $300 million in development deals in markets around the country across a range of asset classes. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and is currently a member of ULI, NAIOP, and a past board member of Associated Builders and Contractors of Alabama (ABC). A natural organizer, he excels at coordinating the many elements required to get deals done and is passionate about finding better ways to deliver results. Known for his drive and integrity, Scott focuses on quality as well as efficiency so that projects stand the test of time. Civically, he is an active member of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church and F3 Birmingham while having served the United Way of Central Alabama, Big Brother Big Sisters, March of Dimes and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the past.
