Bio
Mr. Scott Towbin serves as an Executive Director in JP Morgan Commercial Bank’s Real Estate Bank. He joined JP Morgan in 2004. His primary responsibilities include coverage of Institutional real estate owners such as Real Estate Opportunity Funds and REIT’s to provide JPMorgan’s full capital market, credit and banking capabilities.
Prior, Mr. Towbin managed JP Morgan’s CMBS North-East region, responsible for originations. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Mr. Towbin was a Director with GE Capital Real Estate for seven years, responsible for both Portfolio and Conduit Lending. He started his real estate career at a local NYC area appraisal firm, where he received his appraiser certification.
Mr. Towbin is a graduate of Clarkson University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and received his MBA from Columbia University.
