Scott Stafford

Scott, a Founding Partner of Strada, is a member of the Investment Committee and helps lead Strada’s deal sourcing efforts throughout the Western United States. Scott is actively involved in the acquisition, asset management, financing and disposition of all of Strada’s investments, working directly with Strada’s various deal teams. Most recently, he sourced and executed on the acquisition and repositioning of large office campuses in each of Roseville, San Mateo and Walnut Creek. Prior to founding Strada, Scott worked as a Senior Vice President at the CIM Group, a more than $5 billion real estate private equity firm, where he led CIM’s Northern California office, managed the investment and development staff, and executed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to joining CIM, Scott held a number of positions of increasing responsibility across the real estate and financial service industries, including asset managing more than 4,000 residential apartments and managing overseas leveraged buyouts for the telecommunications industry. Scott has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
