Bio

Scott Siemens, MAI is a Vice President with over 9 years of real property appraisal and consulting experience. He is in the Valuation & Advisory Services’ Minneapolis office in the Intermountain Region. Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, Mr. Siemens was Vice President of the Commercial Division of The Appraisal Group, in Maple Grove, Minnesota. He has completed assignments in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. His geographical focus is the States of Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota.  

Mr. Siemens’ appraisal experience has been in the fee preparation of real property appraisals of commercial properties. His experience encompasses a wide variety of property types, including: office, retail, industrial, multi-family, net-leased investment properties, residential and commercial land, and other special purpose properties.
