Bio
Scott Siegel joined Panattoni Development Company in 2004 and currently serves as Executive
Director of the Capital Markets Group where he is responsible for equity capitalization of all
projects developed and acquired in the United States.
During his tenure at Panattoni, Scott has been involved in the negotiation and close of over $500
million in third party equity capital for Panattoni with both institutional and private partners. Prior
to his current role, Scott was jointly responsible for overseeing the Asset Management Group
including coordination of all initiatives, staffi ng and operations. He also directly managed a 6
million square foot portfolio of industrial, retail and offi ce product in the Pacifi c Northwest
region.
Prior to joining Panattoni, Scott worked in business development, management consulting and
commercial lending capacities in the real estate, technology and fi nancial services industries,
including Trilogy in Austin, TX and Accenture in Los Angeles, CA.
