Scott Shoenberger

Mr. Shoenberger is a Managing Director and the head of US markets. He has more than 30 years of experience in international and US real estate including acquisition, development, redevelopment, financing, and management of US and Caribbean hotel, resort and commercial office projects.

Previously and among other things, he was the President & Chief Executive Officer for the Al J. Schneider Company, the largest owner/operator of hotels and one of the largest owners of commercial real estate in Kentucky. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Operations & Acquisitions for Marcus Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: MCS) where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions, owner and shareholder relations, and underperforming assets. He was named Developer of the Year for Trademark Hotels by Wyndham in 2019.

Mr. Shoenberger spends his free time with his wife and their two children, and is very active in his local community focusing his time with organizations servicing those in need. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Hotel & Restaurant Management with minors in Finance and History from the University of Denver.
