Scott Rabacs

Scott oversees Taconic’s accounting, reporting, treasury and financial operations. He is actively engaged in the company’s financial planning, capital market and asset management initiatives, and coordinates its risk management programs. He also acts as Chief Compliance Officer and oversees the firm’s compliance activities.

Scott serves on the company’s Investment Committee and Compliance Committee and is a member of the Strategic Operating Committee.

Prior to joining Taconic in 2008, Scott was controller for The Prescott Group, a real estate investment management and advisory firm. He previously acted as fund controller for Apollo Real Estate Advisors, where he was responsible for the accounting and reporting activities of several of Apollo’s private equity funds. Before joining Apollo, Scott was controller for a number of NorthStar Presidio’s public real estate partnerships, and he began his career at the public accounting firm BDO Seidman.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bucknell University and is a certified public accountant.
