Formerly a Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at LeFrak
Scott led LeFrak’s acquisition efforts in South Florida and supported the firm’s capital markets activity in New York, New Jersey, Florida and California, securing more than $1 billion in financing
Scott managed the restructuring and recapitalization of SoLe Mia, including the buy-out of the prior JV partner, bringing in a new partner and refinancing the existing land loan
Secured a $102 million construction loan through HUD’s Section 220 program to facilitate the construction of a 397-unit multifamily high-rise project
Prior to joining LeFrak, Scott spent five years with Hines in Washington, D.C. where he focused on the redevelopment of 1200 19th Street, a 330k sf Class A office building
Scott graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science and received his Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School
