Scott Meadows directs the overall business strategy for Brand Real Estate Services. As a real estate veteran of over 30 years, he offers extensive commercial real estate knowledge supported by a strong team and systems-oriented approach. Scott brings a motivational spirit that inspires cultural collaboration and growing organizations. Having built multiple commercial real estate services companies from the ground up, his experience spans all facets of the business. Since joining Brand, Scott has overseen continuous property growth, corporate re-branding, a pandemic response and corporate merger. His leadership and keen understanding of real estate guides a team of professionals who are respected for their service, performance and integrity. Prior to Brand Real Estate Services, Scott was Managing Director, Property Services at Wells Real Estate Funds where he founded and served as president of Wells Real Estate Services, two property services organizations of up to 85 employees in 16 markets. During his 17-year career at Wells, he also held asset management and property management positions. Before joining Wells, he served as Property Manager for The Griffin Company in Atlanta and as a Leasing Representative and Property Manager for Sea Pines Plantation in Hilton Head, SC. Scott earned a bachelor’s of business management degree from the University of Georgia, where he also completed the Certificate Program in Business Leadership in 2011. Scott is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett 2015. He earned industry certifications as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) in 2005, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) in 2000, and a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) in 1993. He holds real estate brokers licenses in Georgia, North Carolina and Florida. He is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and also serves on the Boards of the Council for Quality Growth and Sugarloaf Community Improvement District..
