Scott Matthews

Scott Matthews directs Vulcan’s residential and mixed-use projects and leads the strategic acquisition efforts for Vulcan’s real estate portfolio. Scott plays a key role in the master planning and strategic direction of Vulcan’s real estate investment activities in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, and the company’s expansion into other local submarkets including Yesler, the Central Area and the Bellevue CBD. Previous experience: Prior to joining Vulcan in 2002, Scott served as Vice President and Area Partner at JPI in Seattle. He has held positions including Regional Manager, Development Associate, City Partner and Division Partner for the Pacific Northwest at Trammell Crow Residential. Matthews got his start as a Project Manager with Delco Group and later as a broker with Marcus & Millichap, both in Seattle. Education: BS from the University of Missouri at Columbia
