Bio
Scott has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry that includes acquisitions, development, asset management, and lending across all major asset types. He is responsible for commercial acquisitions totaling over a million square feet representing nearly $150mm in asset value. Scott has also underwritten and successfully capitalized over two million square feet of new developments totaling $400mm in asset value. Scott received a Finance undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University with an Economics minor, and a Master of Real Estate degree also from Texas A&M.
