Bio
SCOTT K. LINDGREN serves as Director of Real Estate at Cascadia Development Partners. Scott is responsible for the company’s real estate strategy with a focus on the acquisition, disposition and leasing functions for Cascadia’s commercial real estate projects. Scott previously worked for C.E. John Company, Inc. where he served as Senior Vice President and managed the commercial real estate operations of the company including the leasing and development of nearly 4,000,000 square feet of retail, urban mixed-use, office and industrial projects. Scott is a graduate of Washington State University and a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), past State Director for the Oregon chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a long-time active member of ICSC participating in the Western Division Conference Planning Committee and the Pacific Northwest Idea Exchange Planning Committee. Scott is also a member of the Advisory Council for the local area Habitat for Humanity ReStores, which raises funds to help Habitat for Humanity build affordable homes in the Portland/Vancouver area. Scott lives in Clark County with his wife and their two children and he enjoys spending his free time outdoors including traveling, golfing and skiing.
