Scott Lewis joined the Dallas office of CBRE Capital Markets after graduating from business school in 2000. Since then he has successfully originated, structured and closed hundreds of transactions with an emphasis on institutional quality assets.
Mr. Lewis co-leads one of the top commercial teams within CBRE. That team consists of five professionals with over 50 years of combined real estate finance experience. Mr. Lewis and his team have been recognized among the top producers within Debt & Structured Finance.
The Dallas Business Journal identified Mr. Lewis as a Heavy Hitter/ Top Broker in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Mr. Lewis represents primarily institutional clients including some of the top pension fund, REIT and private equity fund investors in the country. Recent notable transactions include The Dallas and Houston TIAA CREF Portfolio, the Sealy Texas and Georgia Portfolio, Coppell Commerce & Business Centers, Timber Creek Crossing and Greenway Commons. Since 2008, Mr. Lewis has closed over 75 transactions with more than 35 different capital sources.
