Scott Krikorian

Scott Krikorian serves as Senior Managing Director and Principal of Trammell Crow Company (‘TCC’) where he leads the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit. In this role he oversees all development and acquisition projects, finance and overall day-to-day operations. He is involved in client and partner relationships, as well as deal sourcing, structuring, and execution of acquisition, development and investment opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Scott began his career with TCC as an Industrial Leasing Agent in 1988. He later led the Dallas-Fort Worth Services Group, which leased and managed over 20 million square feet annually. His recent efforts focused on the sourcing, financing, developing and leasing of morethan 5 million square feet of industrial product and more than 1 million square feet of office product. Scott has overseen the development of more than 20 million square feet of DFW office, industrial and multifamily developments at TCC.
