Bio
Scott Kelly is Executive Vice President of R.J. Kelly Co., Inc. (RJK) and a member of RJK’s investment committee. Scott manages commercial development entitlements, construction and property management and other operational activities for RJK. He also is intricately involved in assessing, creating, implementing capital improvements and development projects for RJK on an asset specific basis. Scott brings over three decades of real estate development and construction experience to RJK. Prior to his managerial roles, Scott worked in multiple construction trades and as a construction supervisor overseeing various commercial real estate and self-storage facility construction projects from inception to completion. His hands-on experience translates to a deeper understanding of the value relationship between construction, property and investment. Scott earned his BS in Business Administration at Merrimack College and MBA from Pepperdine University. He is a member of NAIOP and the USGBC. Scott lives with his two daughters in southern New Hampshire
