Scott Jenkins

Scott Jenkins is a Managing Director with U.S. Real Estate, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Jenkins is located in Washington, DC.

Since joining Carlyle in 2002, Mr. Jenkins has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of U.S. real estate investments totaling more than $2.0 billion in total capitalization. Mr. Jenkins' primary geographic focus is between New York and Florida.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Jenkins worked in the real estate capital markets group at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in acquisitions and dispositions of U.S. real estate assets.

Mr. Jenkins received his BBA from James Madison University with a distinction in finance. Mr. Jenkins graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key national honor societies.
