Scott J Hoppa

Scott is an experienced construction professional with nearly 25 years of commercial and multi-family project experience in the Southeast and Midwest Regions. As Senior Vice President & Regional Manager, Scott is responsible for the implementation of construction assignments within the multi-family, industrial, office and healthcare markets and for expanding McShane Construction Company’s presence within this geographical area. He has completed a wide range of projects for the firm including apartment communities, senior living, corporate headquarters, manufacturing and distribution facilities and office buildings for national, regional, and local clients. Scott manages the Southeast Regional Office and oversees all pre-construction, design/build and design-assist services while supervising the project management and field operations for his team’s assignments. He also serves as McShane’s general contractor license qualifier for the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee and South Carolina. Scott attended Marquette University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
