Bio
Mr. Holmes is an accomplished acquisitions and asset management leader with more than 25 years of experience and over $6 Billion of closed transactions in all major property types nationwide.
Mr. Holmes brings with him a strong institutional experience with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), Marcus & Millichap, VEREIT, Inc. (Cole Capital), AEW Capital Management, American Realty Advisors, and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). He also has experience in every major product type including multifamily-housing, office, retail, industrial, single tenant net lease, and self-storage.
He also earned an MBA from Pepperdine University – Graziadio School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University, with a minor in Japanese.
