Bio

Often working with CBRE's national Healthcare Capital Markets, Scott Herbold focuses on healthcare operator relationships and specializes in healthcare investment sales across the state of Texas. 

Scott works with owners of healthcare properties to create strategic and financial gain during their hold periods and through the acquisition/disposition process.  He also advises hospital systems, other healthcare operators and physician groups through the development process.  Scott's investment sales specialties include physician-owned and stabilized facilities, specialty assets such as surgical hospitals & surgery centers, net-leased & medical retail properties as well as under-performing healthcare assets.

Scott introduces operating companies; management firms and capital partners as needed to improve service lines and produce sustainably high returns for his clients. His knowledge of hospital and surgical center operators is unique among his peers, and it is this understanding that enables him to best reposition, re-tenant and/or recapitalize healthcare specialty centers

Whether representing national hospital operators, surgical centers, regional owners, oncology groups or local physician partnerships, Scott creates profitable strategies to support flexibility and growth.  His previous experience as a business owner, financial consultant and USAF Aerospace Physiologist underpins the creative, tenacious, results-oriented approach his clients appreciate throughout the planning and negotiating process.

Scott has executed over 150 transactions consisting of over 6 million square feet, exceeding $1 billion in total value on behalf of his clients.
