Scott Hall

Scott is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 15 years of real estate experience. He is responsible for institutional-grade hotel, resort, resort residential and resort development site investment advisory across North America, as well as hotel and resort debt and equity placement transactions. In addition, Scott is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm's San Diego office. During the course of his real estate career, he has sourced services on more than $5 billion of resort assets, has been involved in more than $3 billion of hospitality development and resort residential sales, and has sold/capitalized more than $6 billion in hotel and resort transactions.

Scott started at HFF in May 2012. Before that, he worked at Lowe Enterprises, where he served as director and vice president in the firm's real estate services and hospitality groups. Prior to that, he worked as an associate at Watt Commercial Properties. He began his real estate career at Fieldstone Communities as a land acquisition and market analyst.
