services, Scott Goldman works on major national accounts

 

throughout the country, establishing

 

himself as the single point of contact

 

for many clients

 

with needs spanning

 

several regions. Scott

 

has built his success on the enhanced

 

service level he provides

 

to clients, including his dedication to their

 

multi-market needs. He

 

has

 

been active in all

 

aspects of corporate real estate, including

 

facility lease acquisitions and dispositions, owned building acquisitions

 

and

 

dispositions, build-to-suit

 

transactions and corporate

 

sale/leasebacks.

 

He has assisted many companies on complex headquarter assignments that have involved multi-market considerations. Through his

 

long-standing corporate

 

relationships with

 

clients in a variety of industries, including financial and professional services, technology and defense, he has completed lease

 

transactions in excess of $1 billion and owned building

 

dispositions and acquisitions in

 

excess of $300 million.

 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Scott

 

worked as an asset

 

manager for a Chicago based lender with oversight responsibilities

 

for its owned portfolio of properties throughout the

 

country. In addition, after

 

successfully completing the CPA exam in November of 1985, Scott spent two years as an auditor at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells.
