Scott Gabrielsen

Scott Gabrielsen brings to CBRE over 20 years of experience to the commercial brokerage group. He has been responsible for landlord and tenant representation and the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office properties throughout the western suburbs of Philadelphia since 1993. He most recently was the President of the Commercial Philadelphia Metro Division of Binswanger delivering consultative assistance to local clients on a national and international basis. 

As a tenant representative, Mr. Gabrielsen has extensive experience in representing Fortune 100 companies for corporate headquarter relocations and multi-market location searches for locally based companies. As a landlord representative, Mr. Gabrielsen has successfully represented the top tier of institutional and entrepreneurial owners for Class A properties in the prime suburban markets of Philadelphia for decades. His market expertise covers Bala Cynwyd, Conshohocken, Radnor, Wayne, King of Prussia, Berwyn and Malvern.

During his tenure, Mr. Gabrielsen has completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions with an aggregate value in excess of a billion dollars.

Accolades include being recognized by Philadelphia Business Journal as a "40 under Forty" in the Philadelphia region as well as a co-star power broker several times, most recently in 2015.

Mr. Gabrielsen is a former professional lacrosse player and is a member of five separate athletic hall of fames. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Cuddle My Kids, a 501c3 non-profit helping children whose parents have cancer.

Mr. Gabrielsen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Management from the University of Vermont. He is married and resides in West Chester, PA with his wife Cathy and sons, Jimmy and Cole.
