Scott Dobbins, Founder and Principal- Recognized by his clients and peers as both a leading retail real estate expert and top producer, Scott has guided hybridge through the implementation of its business development, marketing and growth initiatives. Prior to founding hybridge, Scott founded commercial brokerage and property management firm, Gulf Coast Commercial. Before he began his career in commercial real estate, Scott was a franchise development consultant with US Franchise Systems.
