Bio

Scott M. Davis has been practicing commercial real estate for over two decades.  He is a graduate of the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.  Scott came to CBRE in early 1995 and is a resident expert at understanding the needs of Tenants and Landlords.

Scott was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007, exemplifying his commitment to quality service, his drive to be the best and his dedication to his clients and the industry. He approaches the business from a corporate services viewpoint helping his clients increase shareholder value by lowering their cost of occupancy. Scott has facilitated over 300 sale and lease transactions totaling over $200 million in gross consideration.

In Scott's capacity as a real estate corporate services specialist, Scott has been responsible for strategic planning, portfolio management, portfolio optimization, business process improvement and transaction activities.  More specifically Scott provides:

Manages client account relationships as a single point of accountability for transaction management.

Manages multi-market real estate transaction teams providing a portfolio solution to corporate real estate transaction needs.

Advise clients – helping to determine successful strategies to their real estate objectives.

Executes on behalf of clients – delivering "best in class service" solutions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Scott spent several years in sales, management, and marketing with Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI.

Achievements

Scott has consistently been a top performer at CBRE, earning the "Top Producer" award for the Bellevue office in 2000, 2001 and 2003.
