Scott Crossman

As the founder and CEO of Crossman & Company, Scott Crossman has led the company’s growth from a single leasing office to one of the largest full service retail-focused real estate firms in the southeast. His expertise is focused on running the operational aspects of the company including property management, accounting, and human resources. He is widely recognized for his expertise in retail development and re-development, including earning the NAIOP Central Florida Developer of the Year award in both 2010 and 2012. Scott is involved with numerous professional organizations including the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), NAIOP, and the Executive Board of Governors of the Barney Barnett School of Business and Economics at Florida Southern College. Additionally, Scott serves the community through leadership roles with Purpose Orlando, I Am Second, and Orlando Prays. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida Southern College.
