Scott is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than eight years of experience in real estate and finance. He specializes primarily in student housing investment advisory throughout the U.S.

Scott started at HFF in January 2014. Before that, he worked for Metropolitan Capital as an analyst and relationship manager, where he facilitated debt solutions for start-up and middle market companies, cultivated relationships with clients and handled deals from initial prospecting to closing.
